Today we installed the SimpleDesk ticket based help desk, which is available for all Member (not for Guests).
Up from now, you can Post all issues (Bugs/Features) on the Helpdesk and we move Topics from the Bug Report and Feature Request boards to the Helpdesk. These boards are closed in the next time. Note, that we move a ticked back to the Forum, if is not a bug report or feature request.
You find the link in the Home button dropdown -> Helpdesk.
We hope, that this will help us and all users, to get a better and better support and it's a good point, to promote PortaMx.
