As I say before .. PortaMx released the next version after the eastern week ..  ::)

What we have done yet..

* all known bugs fixed

* Language selector in the user block

* Added two new Panels (Header, Footer)
   - Header (100% width over the left - top center - right panel)
   - Footer (100% width under the left - bottom center -right panel)

* New settings (Block visibility on Frontpage mode) for left, right, head, top, bottom, foot blocks
   - Always, On centered, On full size (The block is shown only, if the Frontpage in the selected mode)

* New individual settings (Block placement on Single Pages) for Frontpage blocks
   - Hide block, Place before, Place after (Placement for this block if a "Singe page" block requested)
   Note: This option is only available, if the global "Hide Frontpage blocks" settings not checked.

* New settings (Frontpage mode switch) for Single Page blocks
   - No change, To centered, To full size (The Frontpage is switched to the selected mode, if this Pageblock requested)

* For the Full size Frontpage you can add a additional CSS file (frontpage.css), which must be stored in each theme folder, to give the frontpage a better look.

What we have not done yet, but done on release date:

* New block "Polls"

After this version is released, we start the Category/Article system and more ..

That sounds awesome.
Using Internet Explorer 6 on the internet is like urinating in a public swimming pool.
It's rude, there's no excuse for it, and anyone who does it should be ashamed of themselves.

When I use the PHP bloack and I try to echo somthing like:

echo '$txt['by']';

It shows nothing no matter what the forum language is. Because that variable $txt you used in your code and you loaded it in your settings but you did not load the settings from SMF files.

All SMF and PortaMx variables are stored in the global address space, so you have to use:
Code Select

global $txt;

echo $txt['by'];

I don't know when RC2 is going to be released, and I'm on the SMF team.
The aim is to go from RC2 to Final but it is possible that there will be an RC3. Not sure yet.

I think it makes sense for feline to wait for RC2 as there will be changes to the themes, and a new default theme.
