I can't find your themes on DS download, so I cant say more.
If you have a zip archive from your themes, then attach these and I can change the code for you...
Many are stubborn in relation to the path, a few in relation to the target.

in both attached archives you find  a modified index.template.php.
extract and copy it to the desired folder on you server (overwrite the existing file).

Fel
please help with what to edit or what to set right in the template if the portamx copyright is shown at the bottom of the body rather than in the footer after the SMF copyright. Several themes seem to do so and I am sure it would not be feasible for you to edit the theme files for everyone. Using SMF 2.0.8 with PortaMX 1.52.

Thanks :)

This is often a SMF copyright problem, so if a user remove the SMF copyright or place it on a other place.

PortaMx searched for this in the footer:
Code Select
<li class="copyright smalltext"><a href="http://www.simplemachines.org/" target="_blank">SMF © 2011, Simple Machines</a><br></li>
