Percent panel

Hi. I am a Russian users. To communicate with you use Google translator. Sorry for bad English.
I need to do:
Left panel - the width of 220 pixels
Central panel - the width of 50 percent
Right panel - the width of 50 percent.
In the settings panel I only see the change in width in pixels.
How can I make a change in width as a percentage?

I wish that I had two columns, with the news. Now I use SiplePortal. But I want to use PortaMX.
For example, looks like two panels with the news can be found on my forum http://kak2z.ru

That is not possible .. the right/left panel have only a with in pixel, the center always use the room between (variable size).
What you can do .. use the BIB technology and create a custom php block with the two parts ...
