any errors within the install?
the package works just fine but may you have some issues with file rights(chmod)

Yes.

I am unable to have a "Community" tab and a "Home" Tab seperately

Yes, I have a Home page. My home page is either my forums or a regular home page. I cant have a forum tab and a home tab at the same time.

The HOME and COMMUNITY button is only show, if you have a PortaMx Frontpage ...

you also have simpleportal installed beside portamx...so you have to delete/deinstall simpleportal
