Okay, worked out,
but in File versions it now shows


PersonalMessage.template.php  in red color being only 2.0 and not 2.02

From what package can I update this file ?
This this language pack dependend ?

For some reason the little icon to add a block panel is not working, when I click it doesn't take me anywhere, therefore I am unable to add any panels. Can you tell me how can I fix this?
